Responsibilities
NSA Overview

The professionals at the National Security Agency (NSA) have one common goal: to protect our nation. The mission requires a strong offense and a steadfast defense. The offense collects, processes and disseminates intelligence information derived from foreign signals for intelligence and counterintelligence purposes. The defense prevents adversaries from gaining access to sensitive classified national security information.

As a Crypto Material Controller, working for NSA Hawaii you will:

Plan, develop, modify, implement, and operate systems which identify, control, process, store, distribute and assure accountability of cryptologic equipment and material or jobs which are responsible for the management and control of documents for a major organization of the Agency.

Skills
– Arrange for the disposal of excess material, equipment, and/or substances.

– Arrange for the shipment or transport of materials, property, or equipment.

– Deliver, coordinate the delivery of, and/or store materials, supplies, or equipment.

– Produce, process, account for, and/or manage cryptographic products and materials.

– Inventory and organize materials, supplies, or equipment, using a variety of data collection methods (for example, debit tag, control number, bar code).

– Monitor customer usage of materials, supplies, and/or equipment.

– Order, procure, receive, inspect, account for, and/or verify ordered supplies, materials, or equipment.

– View computer screen continuously for two hours or more.

– Represent the Agency in interactions with outside customers, DoD, Congressional representatives, foreign partners, or the general public.

– Represent the Agency or its subordinate organizations to customers, suppliers, and stakeholders.

Pay, Benefits, & Work Schedule
This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday.

Position Summary
Cryptographic Operations personnel at the National Security Agency(NSA) are a viable asset to our agency. Their support of the mission spans from developing and operating various systems, maintaining equipment, providing quality and reliable products to customers and resolving issues with printing/production technology and flow processes.

Qualifications
Salary Range: $52,912 – $68,781 (Full Performance)

*The qualifications listed are the minimum acceptable to be considered for the position. Salary offers are based on candidates’ education level and years of experience relevant to the position and also take into account information provided by the hiring manager/organization regarding the work level for the position.

Entry is with a high school diploma or GED plus 4 years of relevant experience, or an Associate’s degree plus 2 years of relevant experience.

Degree in any field is acceptable.

Relevant experience must include working in a warehouse, manufacturing or logistics field, working in an office environment, customer service, and/or project planning.

Salary Range: $64,017 – $118,612 (Senior)
