Career Invitationals are an event where we advertise an organization’s specific opportunities to candidates. Interested candidates submit their resume for review. Recruiters review their resume and invite them to meet. We will provide a private meeting suite suitable to meeting with 2-5 candidates per hour.

This recruiting format can be for as few as just one company or organization. Career Invitationals are intended to connect with candidates that are normally upper mid-level or senior in their careers, or which have unique skillsets and see little need to stand in line just to be told by a recruiter to go to their website and to apply online.

With at least 30 days advance notice we can schedule these events or location (within the USA or at select locations within Europe) at almost any time to meet the needs of an organization’s schedule.

Price includes our matching service, a private meeting place in either a meeting room or a private suite such as those offered by Embassy Suites (our first choice when available), and food and drink for three recruiters. One of our staff members will be available to assist if necessary.

One of the challenges for professionals in Europe is that military spouses must often give up their careers when their significant other is restationed overseas.
