Web Design / Content Management

Contractor shall gather and analyze information, and provide recommendations necessary for the Government to produce, disseminate, and apply intelligence products. Assignments require a broad-based knowledge of web design, its operational procedures, interrelationships and future trends and detailed working knowledge of web development tools and skill in applying this knowledge to difficult and complex work assignments.  A thorough and detailed knowledge of and skill in applying analytical and evaluative techniques for developing new or modified IT work methods, approaches, or procedures; and to identify, evaluate, and recommend solutions to complex issues and/or problems.

Qualifications:

Senior Level

  • 8+ years + Bachelor or Master’s degree
    • in intelligence digital operations experience
  • or, 10+ years specialized training
    • intelligence digital operations experience or equivalent intelligence/academic experience.
  • or, Credentialed subject matter expert or recognized specialist in relevant field.

Expert knowledge of:

  • Hypertext Markup Language (HTML)*
  • Cascading Style Sheets (CSS)
  • JavaScript
  • Active Server Page (ASP) / ASP.Net programming*
  • Microsoft SharePoint Portal site administration and design

Proficiency in:

  • Operating in a Microsoft Windows environment
  • Use of regular expressions within programming languages
  • Knowledge of database management principles and SQL query language

Knowledge of:

  • Web design, file formats, graphics and publishing techniques
  • Fundamental of computer programming and of programming languages
  • XML, SXLT, and JQuery languages
  • NCSC Security Markings Program and ability to apply knowledge in the dissemination of marked material

– TS/SI clearance – current and active, not waiverable

– C/I poly – be willing to take when scheduled and pass

– Can-do attitude, flexible, and ability to work in high tempo, changing environment.

– Willing to support military work schedule. May require extended hours, weekends, holidays, recall for support, and/or rotating shifts or surges.

– Travel / deploy to CONUS or OCONUS hostile area defined by USG as required by position and client

– Have a current Tourist Passport or obtain one within 30 days of hire

– Meet all military, GCC/unified command, and State Department standards, rules, and regulations for deployments to respective AOR

– Pass medical physical and deployment medical rep release, be physically capable, and in good health without chronic medical conditions requiring frequent contact or monitoring by medical professionals.

The contractor shall gather and analyze information, and provide recommendations necessary for the Government to produce, disseminate, and apply intelligence products in the following areas:

All-source Analysis of USCENTCOM AOR and USCENTCOM Areas of Responsibility as defined by the unified Command Plan, Military capabilities/General Military Intelligence (GMI) insurgent forces/Indications and Warning (I&W) / geo-political-country analysts.

  • Strong knowledge of Weapons of Mass Destruction (WMD), Missiles, and their Support Systems
  • Researches, analyzes, interprets, evaluates, and integrates extremely complex all-source intelligence data pertaining to order of battle, force structure, strategic and conventional military capabilities and key military leadership.
  • Prepares extensive assessments and documents and disseminates information through reports and briefs.
  • Develops complex analytical approaches to problems and situations for which data is incomplete, controversial, or which no precedent exists.
  • Assesses capabilities of doctrine and strategy production, joint forces operations, force structure, manpower; joint exercises, readiness training; and intentions.
  • Advises and briefs senior leadership regarding critical military capabilities issues.
  • Represents the Agency’s position concerning military capabilities to senior policymakers.
  • Provides input to policymakers on key foreign military capabilities trends.
  • Develop innovative approaches to analysis and validates analytical conclusions.
  • The contractor maintains and updates extensive intelligence databases, systems, and mechanisms for sharing relevant intelligence information to support ongoing and projected projects.

Qualifications:

  • Senior-Level

– Bachelor or masters degree with 8 years of intelligence analysis experience, or

– Specialized training & 10 years intelligence analysis experience, or

– Equivalent intelligence/academic experience

JOB DESCRIPTION:

The primary function of a Staff Operations Officer is to support operational elements by providing operational research and analysis in furtherance of the client’s operational objectives.  Officers will utilize customer-specific databases to conduct multiple layers of research and write summaries, reports, official correspondence, and guidance.  Officers will also be expected to provide thorough and knowledgeable briefings on the analysis to customer management.  Daily activities include:

  • Manage a full range of operational and support activities for overseas missions
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for a volume of ongoing cases
  • Provide operational guidance for ongoing cases, ensuring any CI issues are identified to protect the client’s personnel and facilities
  • Design particular classified activities, propose recommendations, and identify the pros/cons of possible operational scenarios
  • Coordinate legal and policy issues affecting cases
  • Provide briefings on cases to senior customer officials, identifying potential issues on cases

Additionally, officers will provide a limited amount of administrative assistance in support of team personnel.  Candidates will be expected to demonstrate proficiency in classified databases and develop relationships with various operational components to meet the client’s requirements.
